System Features

1. Powerful Functionality

It can achieve comprehensive, automated, and intelligent control over the conference room's display system, digital conference system, audio amplification system, audio-visual, computer signal switching system, environmental lighting system, and volume control, enabling synchronous or independent operation in different areas, and allowing for mobile one-button control.

2. Stable and Reliable

Using internationally popular SMT full-surface mount production technology, it extensively employs highly integrated co-processing chips, and the meticulous layout ensures that the system operates very stably and smoothly. The host has 256MB of memory and 1G of large-capacity FLASH storage, using a 64-bit Samsung ARM embedded processor with a processing speed of up to 667MHZ.

3. High Integration

The host integrates 8 independent programmable RS-232 control interfaces, capable of sending and receiving RS232, RS485, Rs422 format data; 8 independent programmable IR infrared transmission ports, which can be used as serial ports, bringing the total number of programmable ports to 16; 8 digital I/O input/output control ports with protection circuits; 8 weak current relay control interfaces that can control 5V switching; 2 NET network control interfaces that can connect up to 256 network devices; and an embedded intelligent infrared learning function module that does not require a professional learning device.

The central control system is operated using iPads and Android tablets. The central control host and iPads/Android tablets edit and run control programs based on the usage of the conference room, downloading them to the central control host and iPads/Android tablets for control operation, allowing for personalized customization of the operation interface according to user needs.

5. Strong Compatibility

iPad/iPhone/Android (Android) human-machine interface programming is fully compatible with traditional touch screen programming methods, eliminating the need to learn new programming methods, making upgrades and replacements extremely convenient. Customers can program any control protocol or control code, supporting dual-code control, meaning one button can send two types of codes, supporting hardware learning infrared functions, allowing customers to easily replace infrared devices on-site without reprogramming, and also download various commonly used electrical device infrared code libraries from the internet.

System Functions

1. Audio and Video Scheduling

The audio and video input signals in the conference room include camera video signals, DVD audio and video signals, laptop/computer audio and video signals, etc. The output signals include projector signals, television signals, etc. All audio and video signals pass through an audio-visual matrix, which, in conjunction with the central control host, can achieve unified scheduling and management of audio and video.

2. Power Control

The conference room is equipped with a power management module responsible for managing the power of the conference room's equipment, controlling the power of the sound system, projector, projector screen lift, desktop lift, curtains, and other devices. All controls can be completed through iPads and Android tablets, and in emergencies, manual control can be performed.

3. Control Signal Processing

The central control system also acts as a conference camera tracking personnel during meetings. By connecting cameras and the conference system, it processes control signals for the conference speaking units, controlling the camera to automatically track when a unit is activated for speaking. It can also control camera focus, zoom, magnification, and reduction through a wireless touch screen.

4. Infrared Signal Control

Additionally, the central control system can control DVD players, LCD TVs, curtains, etc., through the infrared interface of the central control host.
